A word typed in the wrong layout is fixed by itself: right after the space, or mid-word as soon as it is unambiguous.
Tricky case? One hotkey
A name, a command or a rare word left as is? Double Shift retypes the last word or the selection and switches the layout.
Learns from your edits
Undo an auto-fix and the word joins the auto-fix exceptions. Convert one with the hotkey and it joins your personal dictionary. Fewer false fixes over time.
AND ALSO
- Case UPPER or lower with one hotkey. Press again to revert.
- Transliteration Cyrillic to Latin and back: привет ↔ privet.
- Replacements Your own shortcuts expand as you type: “imo” → “in my opinion”.
- Pop-up hints A badge near the cursor confirms each fix. Dictionaries can be saved and moved to another computer.
